Home Property Watch
Cape Associates has been providing home property watch inspections since 1971. This Home Property Watch service has grown to include hundreds of customers from Plymouth to Provincetown. It includes:
- Thorough Interior and exterior home property checks on a twice-weekly, weekly, or bi-weekly basis.
- Storm checks after major storms during contract period at no additional cost.
- Check thermostat and fuel levels
- Contact via phone and/or e-mail if issues need to be addressed.
- Vacation Service: Property Watch arranged for your individual, short-term needs.
- 24/7 emergency response. An additional charge may be required.
- Property Watch log at house, dated and initialed when checks are made
- Emergency sticker placed in conspicuous location with company name and telephone number.
- Fall and spring check lists to address immediate and future maintenance needs.
Home Property Management
Is coming to the Cape to unwind a chore? It shouldn't be. We make sure your home is maintained and ready for your arrival. Also, we can water your plants, wait for a package to be delivered and other services while you are away. We can turn on the lights and turn up the heat so your home is ready for you.
