Current Conditions:

Winter 2011/2012

What a mild winter we have had! Though we did not get major snow dumps this year nor long periods of extreme low temperatures, we did experience periods of significant wind that we are all-too-familiar with. We look forward to the Spring. Please be in contact soon with any spring maintenance lists, it is always a busy period opening up houses and getting them ready for you enjoyment in 'season'.

Snow fall has now exceeded twelve inches in certain areas of the Cape so we will be making storm inspections at all of our homes under property watch contract. We will contact you should we find any problems.

The Cape received a significant amount of snow Sunday into Sunday night.

We have teams out making storm inspections. We will notify you if any issues are found.

January 28, 2008

Cape Cod experienced up to 8" of snow last night and winds at the Eastham Office were at max of 42mph.

Special Home Watch checks do not occur unless at least 10" of snow has fallen, and wind gust are at a minimum of 55mph.

Cape Cod experienced high winds on Saturday due to the effects of Hurricane Noel. Storm checks were performed on Sunday. Exteriors of every Home Watch customer's homes were inspected. If you do not hear from Peter Geiges, you can assume your home is fine.
