The most positive aspect of working with Cape Associates was the staff! Most notably, Mr. Peter Kirchner and Mr. Andrew Murphy. I felt like a member of the Team at all times. I also appreciated the respect for the site in general. I'm sure my neighbors did too!

Bob Creonte was extremely efficient and responsive when it came to the communications (via e-mail and phone) and I always knew what was happening, which was very important since I was not on-site every day. Quality of work was great, and I'm most appreciative of Joe Dalton's kind and patient personality in dealing with my 90 year old father, who was on-site every day!

Dear Mike,
We are sorry to be writing this letter a little bit late. We wanted to compose it immediately after our project was finished, but I guess we just didn't want to end our relationship with Cape Associates. We hope we really never end that, because we feel we've grown to be a part of the family.
From the very first meeting with you and Rich Bryant on our deck, we knew you were the right company for us. We felt like you understood the scope and scale of what we wanted to accomplish. We felt we could communicate very well with both you and Rich, and that was very important.
We enjoyed the experience of renovating/remodeling our house with your company in every aspect. From the first Conservation Commission meeting to the completion of the finished house, we always felt safe and in the best hands. We appreciate the fine treatment we received from everyone we dealt with at Cape Associates. It has truly been a great experience.
We would like to say that Rich Bryant is a treasure. He was always there for us by e-mail, phone, or in person. He explained things patiently, he kept us informed, he smoothed over any misgivings or rough patches (of which there were very few) and he always made us feel like we were important and part of the team. We really feel fortunate to have been able to work with him.
The same goes for Chris, our foreman. Chris was always using his head and asking questions about the sense of the plans, anticipating potential problems and asking our opinions about these items. He was polite and courteous to us and all our neighbors. Chris would even run out and fluff up the neighbor's grass if a truck went on her lawn!
Thanks to Cape Associates our dream home is now a reality. It is exactly what we hoped for and more than we could have imagined.
We will speak on your behalf gladly if you ever need us.

Dave Hedin was such a joy to work with. He's bright, polite, knowledgable, and on top of the project at all times. The work was beautifully done and the house left immaculately clean.
We have done tiny projects and large projects with Cape Associates and you do it all incredibly well. All of your workers are wonderful!

Working with Peter Geiges was outstanding in every way. There was clear communication, he took full responsibility, and was always friendly and available. Not to mention the employees, also a great team!
Lester Langhans built the house 30+ years ago, and Cape Associates is even better now. You all do a great job.

Dear Mike,
We are just about moved in to our new home. Jim and I would like to take this time to express how happy, or should I say, ecstatic we are with it! So happy and comfortable that we tend to want to sit, relax and admire instead of unpack the many boxes we have!
We would like to commend Project Manager Rich Bryant, who was on top of everything and showed his excellent skills of scheduling, executing and following up with everything to keep the project moving smoothly and forward. He always got back to us promptly with any question or concern we had.
We would also like to commend Foreman Michael Meads, whose carpentry and foreman skills were impeccable. He also had a lot of patience with us on decisions that came up and great, creative ideas for solutions along the way of the project. He was very helpful in taking the time to explain things to us so that we were informed enough to make any decision comfortably. His great supervisory skills also showed in his patience with his coworkers.
At last, we would like to thank John, Tony, Mike (Junior), Gordon, for your hard work. They were a great group and always had a pleasant smile and hello whenever we arrived. I would also like to send a big thank you to all the subcontractors – great job!
The quality of construction and workmanship of this project is as excellent as Cape Associates is known for. It was a great pleasure doing business (on the other side) with your Company from start to finish.

Since the extensive remodeling of our home during 1994-1995 by Cape Associates, we have on several occasions called upon your company to do various repairs, painting, etc. On each of these occasions the employees of your company completed the work diligently, competently, and with the utmost courtesy. Most recently we had what turned out to be a minor problem. . . . Gregg from your service department arrived at our house. . . . he was able to complete the repair in relatively short order, displaying the competence and courtesy which is the hallmark of the employees at Cape Associates.
