Commercial Property Management and Maintenance Service

Cape Associates has been providing Property Watch inspections since 1971. This service has grown over the years to include hundreds of residential customers from Plymouth to Provincetown. As a full-service building and building services company, we also provide our dependable management services to commercial properties.

What We Offer

Property Inspection

For a property such as a shopping plaza, office complex, church, funeral home, medical building or legal office, we provide thorough weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly inpections of the exterior and interior of the building. We check for broken windows, leaky faucets and other items in need of attention.

For seasonal buildings such as restaurants, we do regular off-season inspections while the building is vacant.

After all inspections, we submit a report so owners know of any issues.

Financial Management

For condominium buildings, we work with the association to maintain the condition of the building, collect condo fees, attend association meetings, negotiate contracts and arrange for needed repairs. We deliver bookkeeping services, financial accounting and reporting for the board and association.
